Your Consent. Keep your Current information with us. For us to be able to communicate to you efficiently keep with us your most current information and continuously update it in the case of any changes. This includes if there is a change in your Email Address or phone number.
Hardware and Software Requirements. In order to access and retain Communications provided to you electronically, you must have: (1) a valid email address and valid Phone Number; (2) a computer or other mobile device (such as tablet or smart phone) that operates on a platform like Windows or a Mac; (3) a connection to the Internet; (4) a Current Version of Internet Explorer 8 (or higher), Mozilla Firefox 7.0, Safari 5, or Chrome 15; (5) a Current Version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 or higher; (6) a computer or device and an operating system capable of supporting all of the above; and (7) a printer to print out and save Communications in paper form or electronic storage to retain Communications in an electronic form. "Current Version" means a version of the software that is currently being supported by its publisher.

For our retail deals You can visit any of our merchant outlets choose a product you want and our agents on the ground will help you initiate your booking automatically. Otherwise, visit tuskys.com click on the Lipia pole pole option and enter details as requested and then click on reserve this will automatically initiate a new booking and your wallet account automatically created on the FlexPay platform.
For our offline customers who have no access to the internet they can use the Ussd platform which is *384*29# to create an account with us. Then from there they are able to access our wide range of products and services and then create a goal, make partial payments with our lay-by platform and receive the statements via a text message.
Also, customers can use our manual means by sending an SMS with the word Flexpay to 20880 and then name of product, the price of the product, the initial deposit they will make and then the number of days and then hit send and the booking will be received on our end.
You can log in to your FlexPay Account and go to the wallet and then you will view your wallet balance from there.
Consequently, dial *384*29# then choose customer and input your details and then from there choose balance and an SMS with your balance will be sent to you.
Also, you can send an SMS with balance to 20880 and then will receive your balance statement.
Flexpay services are absolutely free and convenient. The products and services booked within partner stores or websites are at 0% interest rate. We reserve the right to change and charge any fee in the future. We will notify you if we introduce a charge fee for our services in accordance to the governing laws.
In the event a customer is unable to continue with the subsequent payments, then we don’t do cash refunds they will be entitled to a voucher worth the full amount of their payments. Voucher redeemable in any of our partner merchants.
In the case of adverse situation and customer demands a cash refund for the defaulted booking a penalty fee of 10% of the total payment will be deducted and only 90% will be refunded to the customer. This is because upon booking a reservation is paid to our merchants as an insurance for our customers to get their products upon completion.
If your mobile device is lost or stolen or if you suspect someone has gained unauthorized access to your username or password, you must contact us immediately at email@example.com or 0719725060. In order to take any action, you will need to provide certain User Information so we can verify your identity.
We may add to or terminate any of the Services or amend these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, without providing notice to you, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to deliver to you any notice of changes to existing terms or the addition of new terms by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Website or delivering notice thereof to you electronically. This is for our partners who offer products and various services and have agreed and are comfortable when customers pay for the products/services in piecemeal.
This terms also act as point of reference when entering a contract and withdrawing from the contract by any of the parties involved.
The merchant should be a registered company in their countries of operation and should provide all their documents before onboarding for verification and confirmation.
The merchant should provide us with a contact person who will be in charge for dealing with all the processes and procedures of FlexPay.
The merchant is expected to fill a form which will require them to provide their business information such as: Registered Business Name, Type of business they deal in and the physical location of where their stalls are located and others.
Consequently, the merchant is expected to provide us with Account management details on how the fund transfers will be done and other financial Queries handled. This will be in according to our Accounts transfer policies.
Our representative will review the information and then will contact You within 24hours.
Then a FlexPay dashboard is initialized with all the accounts, transactions and bookings set to 00 and the merchant have to verify and consent this is true. Then a demo experiment is carried out for the merchant to see how the customers will make bookings, how they can track what the customers are paying for and what has already been paid and what are the arrears and the remaining to be cleared.
